Return & Refund Policy

At Nyysh, your satisfaction means everything to us.
We take great care in crafting and packaging each product, but if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• To start a return, please contact us at support@nyysh.in with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items purchased during sale or clearance events.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
